I don't really have much to say today. I'm feeling blah and a bit down in the dumps.....the scales are just not cooperating. And it's frustrating as all get out.

DAMN SCALES. I am tired of it hurting everybody's feelings lately. You are doing great, and so DAMN HEALTHY. Sending you good thoughts.

I TOTALLY get how you feel! HOWEVER.... this too shall pass. Screw the scale!! Seriously! It isn't the end all be all. You are eating healthy and taking care of yourself - the rest will come!! Just remember, you rock!

Have you seen the movie OFFICE SPACE?? When they take the "uncooperative" fax machine out into a field and go GANGSTA ON IT?? I just imagined you with a baseball bat, just smashing that scale up! Yeah!

Sorry you are feeling poopy... may I recommend that movie to make you feel better??

It's the date FRIDAY the 13th, my scales aren't cooperating either. Tomorrow will be better.

Hope you're feeling better soon. Hate to see you down in the dumps. Hide those scales for a couple of weeks.

Those scales are a tool of Satan, I'm sure of it. They like to mess with our minds. hang in there. I hope today is a better day!

I understand what you're saying. I have had a difficult time with my scale too. Sometimes it will say that I gained, but then the measuring tape says I lost inches?! What the heck?!?! LOL
I say don't let the scale determine how successful you are in your weight loss journey. If you feel good, and your clothes are fitting better, then that's your success!

I don't get how we can stay on plan, but the scale just continues to do its insane little dance without due consideration to our hard work. It does though. Nothing we can do, but focus on other goals, stay on the road to good health, and ride it out.

Like Suzy says, eventually the weight will come off.
