Midweek check in

Well let's see......  maybe bullet points today....

*** I forgot to weigh in this morning so I don't know where I stand.   

***I did manage to get a run in this morning.  
 

*** The run was hot!

***The run was slow!

***My eating is so so....not bad.  But at the level of calories where I don't lose (1800).   But hey, I'm not looking at numbers this month.

*** I'm doing somewhat well on my water consumption.   It could be better but it is consistently in the 'fair to good' range.

***Have I mentioned that it's hot outside?

Congrats on getting your run in - I haven't run in 10 days but I am hoping I get out in the morning (and I figure our hike was almost as long as a long run and a whole lot more strenuous) and yesterday I still could barely walk and it was 74 and 95% humidity at 6 am - no thank you! I am sick of seeing on FB "hot summer runs makes for great fall PRs" - okay, I am not going after a PR, and it isn't even technically summer yet and we've had 2 heat waves already! That is a record!

I hear ya on the heat - it's getting brutal. I think this will be the summer of mostly slow runs - but hey, we're still running at least, right?

Yeah its 89 degrees where I am and it feels like 120. Not bad keep up the good work. And dont worry about the non weigh in cause like you said youre not focusing on the numbers.

It's not hot here. I'm kind of jealous. I want to wear shorts ALL THE TIME.
