I will never forgot how I got very dehydrated last year over a 24-hour period where I felt super dizzy and was worried that god knows what was wrong with me! Turns out that between the hot weather, exercising and rigorous housecleaning I wasn't drinking enough. Was a little scary because it really spaced me out. So this is a good reminder to keep drinking that water!

"Just do it" is a great slogan! As you know mine is "Do it anyway" and it's making all the difference this time round. Let's do it and build that house! xoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-36579111385879478752015-11-09T11:37:25.910-05:002015-11-09T11:37:25.910-05:00Glad you figured out the ache and it was an easy f...Glad you figured out the ache and it was an easy fix.

I used to work at a bank and someone there had a fake rat that looked all too real. It was a common prank to put the rat in a chair or drawer in a public part of the branch so that some unsuspecting employee would find it in front of a customer. I learned to watch for chairs that were pushed in a little too close or neatly and drawers that weren't quite shut right.
I'm chuckling now about it.
LoriLorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06348740719854853661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-18609066044440419262015-11-09T09:04:57.257-05:002015-11-09T09:04:57.257-05:00I am always crazy thirsty after running, so you ar...I am always crazy thirsty after running, so you are probably right about dehydration causing the soreness.
