What it boils down to is this: If I eat right and don't cheat, I lose. Go figure. I'm hot on the trail today...determined to lose. :-)

Ok, I lied. The scales were still not kind (showing a loss) but I'm ok with that. I've made my plans for today and I'm determined to stick to it. I've already exercised for 83 minutes and all is well. :-)

Now I've said enough!

83 minutes! That's great! Don't give up. You'll get there as long as you keep trying. You should read "Creating a Fitness Training Program." Go to

Drats, you mean to tell me we can't cheat? Is that why I can't get this 9 pounds off? At least you're getting in GREAT workouts. Me? Nuff said.

I have the same problem, I can't go over by even 1 point. No cheating at all for me. If we stick with it we will eventually get there. You have it in you, dig for it.

If you are exercising and feeling great don't look at the number on the scale! Muscle weighs more than fat. Go with how you feel. Great post, thanks.

Thanks for taking the time to discuss this, I feel strongly about it and love learning more on this topic. If possible, as you gain expertise, would you mind updating your blog with extra information? It is extremely helpful for me. marathon training schedule
