I know that as soon as I sign up for a future big event (running race or ride)I will be back at it and re-focused again. It's a struggle to stay motivated. What I keep reminding myself is how great I felt at a lower weight. As much as I hate logging food, I would love to be back where I was.Mary Ellen Quigleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02679719500257202397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-55814966923695250722014-08-04T13:34:25.526-05:002014-08-04T13:34:25.526-05:00Nice hat! I've been on weight watchers ...I struggle too. I've been on weight watchers about 10 times over the last 20 years... I lose weight, than gain, lose and then gain... It's so hard. I hate tracking but like you I know I need to start too. For now though I decided to do a 100 day salad challenge to switch it up a bit. It forces myself to eat one healthy meal a day which actually makes me want to eat more healthy overall. I think not gaining or maintenance is a fine goal :) The thing that I remind myself when I am ready to quit, frustrated, or just could care less about it all is that eventually I will want it again. I have every single year since I could remember. So that will at least help me to focus on maintenance. Love ya girl!!! You are rocking it to the 9th degree :)

LeslieAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08866154606359609649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-35841389326693136352014-08-04T11:13:41.740-05:002014-08-04T11:13:41.740-05:00I'm in the same place... although for me it...I'm in the same place... although for me it's even a struggle to stop the gain some weeks. I've realized that my ability to lose weight is directly tied to how happy I am with my life in general (it doesn't make me happy to be thin, but if I am happier it's easier to lose weight.) So, I know that if I can change things around in my life, things will get better. That's how it works for me anyway.Kyrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12496930376646300796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-3224850588699422372014-08-04T10:02:10.594-05:002014-08-04T10:02:10.594-05:00I have been in the same struggle. My only advice ...I have been in the same struggle. My only advice is don't quit. Keep trying and eventually you'll find that sweet spot again. It is far easier for me to give that advice than it is to follow, and it gets very frustrating to continually fail. Try to think of those 'failures' as successes in learning what doesn't work. I am certain that quitting won't get you to our goal weight.
LoriLorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06348740719854853661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-51462734635827114432014-08-04T08:51:23.735-05:002014-08-04T08:51:23.735-05:00I haven't figured out my weight loss problem e...I haven't figured out my weight loss problem either. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06645996707101717652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-75101843747408618302014-08-04T08:50:34.687-05:002014-08-04T08:50:34.687-05:00is there room for 2? lolis there room for 2? loltimothyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17691698860583917228noreply@blogger.com
