A couple m...If you don't mind a few questions,<br /><br />A couple months ago I think I remember you were talking about adjusting your macros. But I am not sure you have written about it since then. It might be that you don't have to adjust total calories, just the macro percentages. I personally would try that first. So if you have not adjusted macros, I would leave your calorie level at 1800 and balance out your levels. Or adjust them slightly more at the 1800 calorie level. <br /><br />And if you are dropping calories, I would also only drop 100 at a time. I would not jump from 1800 to 1400. So if you think your macros are set correctly, I would just drop to 1700. <br /><br />My opinion is always - find the balance macro point where you can lose with the highest level of calories possible so you can adjust as needed further down the scale.
