Without it, we can make some stupid decisions without thinking them through. But as you said, it can get out of hand and run everything, and that's not a healthy relationship. I deal with a lot of fear too. It's frustrating and debilitating, but it is something you can push past. And you are. :) Kyrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12496930376646300796noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-60029874685108500902014-09-07T17:01:13.192-05:002014-09-07T17:01:13.192-05:00wow MaryFran - all those what ifs you keep asking ...wow MaryFran - all those what ifs you keep asking yourself. Good for you for recognizing that and making the strides you have. WTG... So glad your around to share them with us. I really enjoy following your progress, and share a lot of your trials (I am also stuck in exactly the same weight bracket as you and constantly yo-yo between set weights!) I just wanted to say that I really admired your honesty today - it must have taken a lot to write about the teaching and the subsequent depression. You constantly inspire me with the things you write about and your positive attitude, so you must be doing something right! Keep going. Good luck with the running xAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
