Now I take the middle ground, moderate fat, vegetable heavy but tasty food that I'll actually eat. It's not usually "diet" food, but it's much better than whatever I'd get if I had to go out to the deli. It's important to me not to feel punished by my food.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-52185915708434867112009-03-05T13:45:00.000-05:002009-03-05T13:45:00.000-05:00Wow! Why did he bother to get the surgery anyway??

There is a gal at my church who had the surgery and lost a ton of weight...but lately she seems to be looking much bigger than she used to...

I guess ther's no real pat answer, is there? Wouldn't it be nice to be rich and have our own chefs to prepare us healthy meals in healthy quantitites?

Thanks for keeping Bridget in your prayers!Lorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16090094523848914985noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20595227.post-61241108984262046482009-03-05T11:52:00.000-05:002009-03-05T11:52:00.000-05:00It was me, Fatty McB. You are absolutley right. ...It was me, Fatty McB. You are absolutley right. And I tried, but I just don't like oatmeal. So I am eating multigrain Cheerios. I had a friend that got the the lap band also, she lost about 40 lbs right off the bat. But then she learned to BEAT THE SYSTEM. She gained most of it back, she had about 80 to loose. This is not about food...If I only ate when I was hungry I would't be a Fatty McButterpants. I love you posts and your success is very inspiring. Thanks for your comments.F.
