It's interesting to see the...I weigh every day. It's interesting to see the fluctuations, up and down, deserved and unexplainable. I can see how much it can change in a day, and wonder "if THAT was my only weigh in for the week/month" and it was low or high it wouldn't be a good representation. I don't get stuck on any one number (high or low) but watch the trends. I DID still manage to put on 30+ pounds while weighing everyday. I just watched it inch up. So glad it's been going in the other direction these past few months. It's a lot of work! We have to build good habits, ...good job, sweetie! We have to build good habits, and trust the process. The scale is a very valuable tool...it holds us in check when we need that. Maybe at some point you can be far enough along and secure enough in your system and your adherence to it that you won't need daily weighing, but utilize the scale now to be your conscience.
